Shipping Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 1 business day
• Same-day/Next-day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12 PM
• Pickup Orders: Ready within 24 hours

Shipping time is calculated from the time your order is confirmed and dispatched.

Shipping Fees

• Within Nairobi: Free
• Free shipping for all orders
• Pickup from store/drop-off location: Free

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday).
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
